Keep your Chrome bookmarks in step with a page on AnnieWhere.online. Keep your Chrome bookmarks and your AnnieWhere.online bookmark modules in sync. Annie Bookmark Sync connects your browser bookmarks to the sync links you configure in AnnieWhere.online. Choose the pages and modules you want to use, select the sync direction, and manage everything from Account → Extensions. CHOOSE HOW YOU SYNC • Both ways: keep synced bookmarks updated in Chrome and AnnieWhere.online. • AnnieWhere.online → browser: bring your chosen bookmarks into Chrome. • Browser → AnnieWhere.online: send bookmarks from your configured browser folders to AnnieWhere.online. STAY IN CONTROL • Start a sync from the extension with “Sync now”. • Enable automatic sync for a link in AnnieWhere.online. The extension responds to browser bookmark changes and also checks periodically. • View configured links, their direction and automatic or manual status in the popup. • See the last sync time and messages when changes could not be applied. • Open your sync settings directly from the extension. IMPORTANT: DELETIONS SYNC TOO In two-way mode, deleting a synced bookmark on either side also deletes it on the other side. In one-way mode, deletions follow the selected direction. Review the direction before syncing. AnnieWhere.online also offers an optional one-time replacement of browser bookmarks. If you enable it, the next sync clears the browser bookmark collections and rebuilds them from the chosen modules. Only use this option when you intend to replace your existing bookmarks. GET STARTED Sign in to AnnieWhere.online, open Account → Extensions, connect Annie Bookmark Sync and configure a sync link. An AnnieWhere.online account and internet connection are required. YOUR DATA The extension reads the browser bookmark tree locally and sends the bookmark URLs, titles, folder structure and identifiers needed for the configured sync to your connected service. It stores your connection token, endpoint, language preference and last-sync summary locally. Sync reports include the extension version, operation counts and error information. Saving individual web pages is handled by the separate Annie Capture extension. Both extensions can be installed together.
