Synchronize and search inspection data via SharePoint to assist with auto-filling database records into forms. # PSI Tools > **Internal use only — SharkNinja Quality Team.** A browser side-panel extension > that connects to the company SharePoint to streamline Pre-Shipment Inspection > (PSI) reporting workflows. It is built for, and distributed only within, the > SharkNinja Quality organisation: every feature assumes an authenticated > corporate SharePoint session and the team's own list structure, so it is not > intended for public or third-party use. --- ## Features - **Data Search** — Look up records by PO Number or Model Code with auto cross-search and inline autocomplete; each result opens its owning module for editing. - **Model Management** — View, add, and edit model records on SharePoint, with real-time duplicate check and read-only audit info (last modified / by). - **Inspection Data** — Track PO results and defects across linked lists. Inspection tab (model, lot, sample size, inspector, result, lot action, defect rate) and Defect tab (description, qty, severity, category, photo evidence, batch paste), with live search, filters, sortable columns, a KPI/chart dashboard, and Excel export. - **PO Data Sync** — Import PO data from Excel (.xlsx / .xlsm / .xls) with date-range filtering, batch sync of new/updated records, and a full execution log. - **Auto Input** — One-click fill of the PSI Report form on `hive.sharkninja.com` across 9 field groups (category, model, PO info, brand, specs, supplier, inspection details, AQL, signatures). - **Multi-file Uploader** — Attach up to 6 files to a report's attachment cells in one pass, with per-file filename validation against the record's Model + PO. Launch from Utilities or from a search result. - **Utilities** — Color reference, serial number decoder, AQL sampling plan (ANSI/ASQ Z1.4), and the multi-file uploader. --- ## Permissions | Permission | Why it's needed | |---|---| | `sidePanel` | Renders the UI as a persistent side panel | | `tabs` | Opens/manages SharePoint tabs for authenticated sessions and locates the active PSI Report tab for Auto Input | | `scripting` | Auto-fills the PSI Report form and attaches files on `hive.sharkninja.com`; also runs SharePoint REST calls inside the page's own authenticated session | | `storage` | Saves settings (`storage.sync`) and color history / last-used Excel sheet (`storage.local`). No credentials or inspection data are stored | | `clipboardRead` | Decodes pasted QR/barcodes (Serial Number Check) and pastes defect screenshots (Inspection Data) | | `downloads` | Writes the Excel exports (Model List, Inspection Data) through the browser's own Save-As dialog | | `downloads.open` | Launches the exported file from the "Export complete" dialog — nothing else is opened | **Host permissions:** `europro365-my.sharepoint.com` and `*.sharepoint.com` (SharePoint data + REST API), `hive.sharkninja.com` (PSI Report form auto-fill only). No data is sent to any third party — every network call uses the user's existing corporate session (`credentials: "include"`).
