Shows timestamped German vocabulary on YouTube, with optional AI translations and examples. German Vocab Overlay helps German learners notice useful words while watching videos. The extension reads the transcript of the current video page and shows vocabulary cards directly over the video player. It highlights German nouns, verbs, connectors, and translations at the right timestamp, so you can learn while watching. Transcript text may be sent to the German Vocab Overlay backend to generate vocabulary results. The extension does not collect passwords, payment information, personal messages, or browsing history outside supported pages. Note German Vocab Overlay is actively improving. While it already provides useful vocabulary support, it isn't perfect yet. Every release brings better word detection, translations, and new features. I'd love your feedback!
