While you browse Zillow or Redfin, check the address the listing won't: pending FEMA flood maps, permits, insurability, and more. The listing shows today's flood zone. FEMA's pending maps can say something different, and the "great school nearby" may not be the one the address is actually assigned to. This extension reads the address off the Zillow or Redfin listing you're viewing and checks it against FEMA's National Flood Hazard Layer and Census school-district boundaries, right in a small panel on the page.
