Save, compare, research, monitor, and export Akiya and Japan home listings from major property sites. Local-first. No server. Akiya Scout: Japan Home Researcher helps buyers, investors, and researchers organize Akiya and vacant-house listings from major Japan property websites into one private, local dashboard including AkiyaMart. Use it to compare prices, convert currencies, normalize land and building sizes, add notes, track risks, score opportunities, tag properties, monitor changes, and export your shortlist to CSV or JSON. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Save the current listing or extract the visible listing cards — only when you click. • Review every extraction before it is saved; edit any field and fix low-confidence values. • Compare 2–10 properties side by side (price, ¥/m², age, scores, status). • Score affordability, renovation risk, location and data completeness (research aids only). • Convert currencies with today's rates (one click) or your own manual rates; normalize m² / sqft / tsubo. • Work through a buyer risk checklist and a rough cost-planning estimate. • Generate location research links (Google Maps, hazard map, city hall, akiya bank, minpaku rules). • Export to CSV, JSON backup, clipboard, Google Sheets, or a printable comparison. • Use the UI in English, 日本語, 中文, 한국어, Español, Français, ไทย, or Tiếng Việt. LOCAL-FIRST & PRIVATE Akiya Scout has no backend server. Saved listings stay in your browser (IndexedDB) and settings in local storage. It reads the active tab only after you click a capture button.
