Translates webpage text into English on your device using Chrome's built-in Translator API. Translate webpage text into English without sending page content to a translation service. Page Translator uses Chrome's built-in Translator API to translate navigation, headings, buttons, labels, form hints, image descriptions, document titles, and dynamically added content. Translation begins only after you click the toolbar button. Features: • On-device translation to English • Automatic source-language detection when a page does not declare its language • Translation of dynamically added page content • Restore Original reverses the extension's changes • No account, API key, analytics, or external translation server • Temporary access to the current tab only The first translation for a language pair may require Chrome to download a language model. Page Translator requires desktop Chrome 138 or newer. Chrome-protected pages and inaccessible cross-origin frames cannot be translated.
