Get context on any news story without leaving the page. Contxt doesn't just summarize a news story. It gives you the sources and quotes you need to judge things for yourself. The browser extension acts as a small pill hovering on the corner of your browser page. Click it and it'll load a sourced brief on the story you're reading without leaving the page, opening a new tab, or typing a search. Every brief breaks a story into: • STATUS — what's actually happened, right now • BACKGROUND — how the story got here • QUOTED — the key quote, with attribution • SOURCES — everything cited, linked Works on news articles, Reddit threads, Instagram posts, and X/Twitter posts. Contxt pulls the linked article or post content automatically so you don't have to copy anything. Don't need it right now? Dismiss the pill with the × and bring it back anytime from the toolbar icon.
