Save a page in one click. Norget keeps the text, so you can ask questions about what you've read and get answers with sources. Norget saves the page, not just the link. Most bookmark tools store an address and hope it still works later. Norget keeps the readable text of the page in your own archive, so what you saved is still there even when the original moves, changes or disappears. Because the text is kept, you can ask your archive questions in plain language — "what did I read about sourdough starters", "which of these mentioned link rot" — and get an answer that quotes the passage it came from, with a link back to the source. Answers come only from things you saved. If your archive does not contain the answer, Norget says so instead of inventing one. What the extension does: • One click, or Alt+Shift+S, to save the page you're reading • Adds a save button next to posts on X and Instagram • Right-click to save a link or a selection • Tells you if you've already saved a page, and takes you to your copy What happens after you save: • The page text is archived and indexed, usually within a minute • A short summary and suggested topics are generated • Everything becomes searchable and answerable from your dashboard Norget needs an account at norget.io. There's a free tier; paid plans lift the limit on how much you can keep. Norget does not sell your data, does not use advertising trackers, and never sends anything about pages you don't save.
