MedCheck shows you a combined patient rating built from real review platforms — Google, Yelp, RealSelf, hospital systems and more — and then does something almost no rating site does: it shows you each platform's individual score, review count, and a direct link to that platform. That's the point. 💵 FOLLOW THE MONEY Under the federal Sunshine Act, drug and device manufacturers must report every payment they make to physicians — consulting fees, speaking fees, royalties, meals, travel. It's all in the U.S. government's CMS Open Payments database, but almost no patient ever looks. MedCheck surfaces it automatically: total dollars, number of payments, the largest payment category, the top-paying company, and a link to the doctor's official federal record. Some doctors receive nothing. Some receive millions.
