Then everything you print.** The Teacher Toolkit turns one roster export from your student information system into the paperwork you actually make: seating charts, mailing labels, name badges, desk tents, attendance and turn-in trackers, group assignments, and PDF edits. Everything it makes is saved **on your own computer**, so the chart you built in August is still there in January — and our servers never see it. **What's inside** • Local roster manager — reads CSV, tab-separated and Excel exports from PowerSchool, Infinite Campus, Skyward and others. One file splits into a class per course, and several sections can be combined into one period. • Seating charts — keep-apart groups of any size, locked seats, drag to swap, and seats filled from the front of the room backwards. Reopens and reprints all year. • Labels & mail merge — Avery address, shipping and return-address sheets, plus full-page letters. Start on any label to use up a part-used sheet. • Name badges & desk tents — Avery 5395 badges and foldable tents. • Checklists & trackers — attendance grids, turn-in trackers, reading logs, sign-in sheets. • Group & team maker — by group count or group size, honoring the same keep-apart groups. • Name picker — no repeats until everyone has had a turn, with a projector mode. • PDF tools — combine, split, reorder, rotate, sign, fill, redact, booklet and compress, entirely inside your browser. **Free, and private by construction** • Free. No account required, no trial, no paywall. • Works with no internet connection. • Requests **no access to any website** you visit and reads no browsing history. • **No AI.** No model calls, no API keys, nothing analysed anywhere. • Contains no remote code — every library is bundled. **Optional: connect a ClassConvene account** If you use ClassConvene, you can connect the extension and send a roster up to your classes. That sends exactly four fields — first name, last name, school email, student ID and grade level — and only where your district has signed a data privacy agreement. Parent and guardian contacts are never transmitted under any circumstances. Everything works without connecting. **Please note:** because your work is stored on your own computer, uninstalling the extension or resetting your browser profile deletes it.
