Automatically copies Shepherd client contact details into the Atlas Veterinary Hospital Google Contacts account. AVA Contact Sync automatically syncs client contact information from Shepherd Veterinary Software to the Atlas Veterinary Hospital Google Contacts account. When a client record is saved in Shepherd, the extension securely reads the client’s name, phone number, and email address and creates or updates the matching Google Contact. This allows Atlas Veterinary Hospital’s phone system to identify clients correctly when they call. The extension is designed for internal use by Atlas Veterinary Hospital staff. It does not collect clinical records, pet medical information, payment information, or browsing history. Contact information is sent directly from the browser to Google Contacts using the Google People API. No third-party server or external database is used. Key features include automatic contact syncing, duplicate prevention, contact updates when information changes, Google account verification, and local activity logging for troubleshooting.
