Managed Command Cloud endpoint for school-owned ChromeOS devices, published by Wiregrass IT Services. Command Cloud ChromeOS Agent is the managed ChromeOS endpoint for Command Cloud, published by Wiregrass IT Services. It is designed for school-owned Chromebooks enrolled in Google Workspace. A Workspace administrator force-installs the extension and supplies tenant-specific configuration through Chrome enterprise managed storage. The extension remains inactive unless it receives valid managed policy and completes hardware-backed Google Verified Access enrollment with the Command Cloud service. Supported management capabilities include: • Secure device registration and heartbeat reporting • Opening approved HTTPS resources • Displaying administrator or teacher messages • Reporting open browser tabs • Closing, focusing, and refreshing tabs • Receiving updated Command Cloud configuration This extension is not intended for personal or unmanaged Chrome installations. It does not contain reusable enrollment secrets or Google service-account credentials. Tenant identity and device authorization are verified by the Command Cloud backend before commands are accepted.
