FillMatic autofills forms with dummy data in one click, saving developers and testers time and making testing faster and easier. Stop typing “asdfdsa” into every test form. FillMatic is a local-first Chrome extension for developers and QA testers who repeatedly fill signup forms, checkout flows, settings pages, admin panels, and other web forms. Fill an entire page, the current form, or only the focused field with one click or a keyboard shortcut. FillMatic generates realistic dummy data for names, emails, usernames, addresses, phone numbers, dates, URLs, passwords, and more. ── Smart autofill for modern web apps ── FillMatic identifies fields using autocomplete attributes, labels, names, IDs, placeholders, and surrounding context. It dispatches realistic browser events such as focus, input, change, and blur, helping controlled React, Vue, and Angular fields respond as if they were filled by a real user. You can: • Fill fields instantly or simulate human-like typing • Adjust the typing speed • Preserve or overwrite existing values • Fill the entire page, current form, or focused field • Fill supported fields inside iframes when explicitly enabled • Keep related generated values consistent during the same autofill run ── More than plain HTML inputs ── FillMatic supports many controls that ordinary autofill tools miss: • Native inputs and selects • Checkboxes and radio buttons • Date fields and date pickers • ARIA comboboxes and listboxes • Switches and sliders • Spinbuttons and radio groups • Rich-text editors • Controls inside open Shadow DOM roots File inputs are also supported as an opt-in feature using bundled sample files. ── Recipes for custom widgets ── If a widget is not supported automatically, teach FillMatic how to interact with it using a reusable Recipe. Recipes can perform safe browser actions such as: • Clicking elements • Typing values • Selecting options • Choosing random options • Pressing keys • Waiting for elements to appear ── AI-assisted Action Builder ── Open the side panel to scan the current page and create a reusable Action. The Action Builder detects visible fields and creates an initial mapping. When Chrome’s on-device AI is available, you can optionally use it to refine that mapping. You can edit field targets and value types, highlight detected fields, preview the result, and save it as a deterministic, hostname-scoped Action. Saved Actions can optionally run matching Recipes for custom widgets while remaining usable without AI. AI is completely optional. Standard heuristic autofill works without it, and saved Actions continue to work without an AI model. ── Profiles for different test scenarios ── Create profiles such as Work, Personal, Staging, Admin, or New Customer. Each profile can have its own: • Temporary email provider • Password settings • Ignored fields • Always-checked fields • Site-specific Field Rules Switch profiles directly from the popup to use the right test data for each environment. ── Actions for repeatable workflows ── Create custom one-click Actions for specific websites and testing flows. Actions can: • Match a hostname, URL prefix, URL suffix, or regular expression • Target fields by ID, name, placeholder, label, or autocomplete attribute • Use exact, contains, or regular-expression matching • Fill fixed values or generate random typed values • Target a specific form or page region • Run prerequisite steps • Fill unmapped fields using standard autofill • Run inside child frames when explicitly enabled FillMatic also includes built-in Stripe test Actions for successful and declined test-card scenarios. ── Field Rules for fixed values ── Some fields should always receive the same value. Your settings, profiles, Actions, and Recipes are stored locally in Chrome. FillMatic has no application backend and does not send your form contents, generated values, or configuration to a FillMatic server.
