Simplio Connect for WA links your business WhatsApp Web session to your Simplio account, so client messages are sent automatically - no copy-paste and no manual typing. WHAT IT DOES - Sends appointment reminders and confirmations from your Simplio account through your own WhatsApp Web session. - Reports delivery and read status for every message. - Shows an incoming-call notice with the caller's name, so you can open or book that client without typing the number. WHO IT IS FOR This is a companion extension for businesses that already use Simplio - salons, clinics, studios and similar appointment-based businesses. A Simplio account and a connection token are required; the extension does nothing on its own. HOW IT WORKS 1. Install the extension and open its options page. 2. Keep WhatsApp Web open and logged in on the same computer. PRIVACY The extension communicates only with WhatsApp Web and your own Simplio server. It does not sell data, does not display ads, and does not send your messages anywhere else. No data is used for advertising or shared with third parties.
