Free, private, no account needed. WHAT IT DOES A daily roast that lands. Open the extension and get the days damage with commentary matched to how far you've taken it, from "suspiciously light" to "HR would like a word." Fresh every day. See where the day really went: A clean breakdown of YouTube, Facebook, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Reddit, and any custom sites you add, worst offender first. A shame meter that fills as the hours do. A focus score, not just guilt: Flip to the Productivity view for your focused-time percentage, a 7-day trend, and your longest focus streak today. Limits that actually stop you: give any site a daily budget. Hit it and the tab redirects to a full-screen wall with a countdown to midnight. Need five more minutes? Snooze it. But you have to choose to. A speed bump for the rabbit hole: re-open a site you've already overdone today and CaughtSlipping pauses you: a three-second breath, your live stats, and an easy exit.
