Inverts the colors of YouTube videos and thumbnails. The same toggle also inverts images on any other site. YT Invert is built for YouTube. Turn it on and every video and thumbnail is color-inverted — on youtube.com, on m.youtube.com, and inside embedded YouTube players on any other website. The same switch extends the effect beyond YouTube: while it is on, images on any other site you visit are inverted too. If you turn to YT Invert to take the glare out of a late-night video, the rest of the web stops burning your eyes as well. One global switch, no settings to manage: click the toolbar icon to turn everything on or off. The icon shows the current state — colored = on, grayscale = off. No tracking, no analytics, no network requests. The extension only injects CSS filters; it never reads or transmits page content. The only API permission used is "storage", to remember your toggle choice.
