If you save lots of posts on X, you probably know the problem: great thread, useful idea, funny meme, important receipt, “I’ll read this later” lie… and then it disappears into the endless bookmark drawer forever. ufofo gives your X bookmarks local folders, right inside X. It is free, local-first, and built to do one thing well: help you abduct your bookmark chaos into folders. No backend. No analytics. No bookmark harvesting. No separate account. ufofo stores folder names, saved post URLs, settings, and cached post metadata locally using Chrome storage. It does not send your bookmarks to a third-party server. How it works: Bookmark a post on X, choose a folder, and move on with your life. Then open your X bookmarks page and browse saved posts by folder: AI, Startups, Research, Memes, Reading List, Product Ideas, or whatever system your brain claims it will follow this week. Important notes: ufofo adds a local folder layer. It does not replace native X bookmarks. If post metadata was not captured, some saved posts may show limited details. Since data is local, uninstalling the extension or clearing extension storage may remove your saved folder data. X.com changes can occasionally affect extension behavior. Not affiliated with X Corp.
