Enterprise password management extension for Obiyen Obiyen Password Manager brings your Obiyen vaults into the browser, so you can sign in to the sites you use at work without leaving the page or retyping anything. WHAT IT DOES • Sign in with your Obiyen account and see the vaults you already have access to • Personal vaults for your own logins, company vaults for credentials your team shares • Autofill a username and password straight into a login form • Copy a password to the clipboard with one click • Search across your items by name, username, or site • Open a saved item's website directly from the list • Add a new password without switching to the Obiyen web app HOW AUTOFILL WORKS Focus the username or password box on a login form and a small Obiyen button appears inside it. Click it, pick the vault and the item, and the credentials are filled in. You can also right-click any text field and choose "Fill with Obiyen Password". The button only appears on real credential fields — a password box, or a username box that sits in the same form as one — so it stays out of your way everywhere else. WHY IT NEEDS ACCESS TO THE PAGES YOU VISIT Filling a login form means reading and writing that form's fields, which can only be done from inside the page. The extension therefore runs on the sites you visit. It does not read, collect, or transmit your browsing activity: it never looks at page URLs, page titles, or referrers, and nothing is sent anywhere except to your own Obiyen server when you ask for a credential. YOUR DATA Passwords are never stored inside the extension. They are requested from your Obiyen account only at the moment you choose to fill or copy one. Your session token is kept in the browser's local storage and is sent only to your organisation's Obiyen server over HTTPS. REQUIREMENTS An active Obiyen account is required. This extension is for existing Obiyen customers and has no standalone functionality without an account.
