SN Catalyst remembers your configuration and shows you all of them together, side by side. HOW IT WORKS SN Catalyst monitors your ServiceNow instances using your existing authenticated browser sessions. This means you must have an active login session to each instance you want to monitor - SN Catalyst reads update notifications from instances you're already logged into, using the cookies your browser maintains for those sessions. No API keys. No passwords stored in the extension. No OAuth setup. Just your regular browser login to each ServiceNow instance. KEY REQUIREMENT: ACTIVE SESSIONS For SN Catalyst to monitor an instance, you must: • Be logged into that ServiceNow instance in your browser • Keep the login session active (stay within your company's session timeout) PRIVACY & SECURITY Your data stays yours. SN Catalyst is read-only—it never creates, modifies, or deletes anything in ServiceNow. It only reads update notifications from instances you're already authenticated on. No data is sent to external servers. No tracking. No analytics. No collection of your ServiceNow content. Your instance configuration (labels and URLs you provide) is stored locally in your browser using Chrome's storage API. GETTING STARTED • Install SN Catalyst from the Chrome Web Store • Log into each ServiceNow instance you want to monitor (in separate tabs or windows) • Open SN Catalyst Settings and add your instance URLs • Click the SN Catalyst icon anytime to see your cross-instance dashboard • Keep your ServiceNow sessions active, and SN Catalyst will keep watching.
