Two minutes of heart coherence breathing, right in your side panel. Guided orb, bells, optional ambient pad. Resonance brings a heart-coherence breathing session into your browser's side panel, so a two-minute pause is always one click away — no phone, no app to switch to. Click the icon and the panel opens beside your work. Pick your rhythm (3.5 to 7 seconds per breath, inside the physiological resonance zone), choose 2, 5, 10 or 15 minutes, and press start. A glowing orb expands as you inhale and settles as you exhale, while soft bells mark each turn. Add an optional ambient pad, or keep it to bells alone at your desk. Because it lives in the side panel, the session keeps running while you work in other tabs — the breathing stays perfectly on time, even in the background. Private by design: no account, no sign-up, no tracking, and no access to the pages you visit. Your chosen rhythm and duration are the only things saved, and they stay on your machine.
