Read, search and save the available transcript of the video you are watching, with optional timestamps and language selection. Save the available transcript of the video you are watching so you can search it, quote it or study it later. Open a regular YouTube video page, click the extension and choose Get transcript. Preview the text before copying it or downloading a text file. Keep timestamps when you need to find a passage in the video, or turn them off for plain notes. When the page offers multiple transcript languages, you can choose one in the extension. Creator captions and auto-generated captions are supported when YouTube makes them available. The extension does not transcribe audio or create captions for videos that have none. The free plan includes exports from three different videos each local calendar day. Exporting the same video again that day does not use another slot. Previewing a transcript is free. Pro removes the daily limit and adds subtitle exports, structured formats and clean paragraphs. Subscription pricing is shown in the payment page before purchase. Transcript content is processed locally. There are no extension analytics or ads. Account and payment checks use ExtensionPay, and payment processing uses Stripe. Transcript text is not sent to those services. YouTube can change its transcript interface. If a transcript does not load, reload the video page and try again. The extension works with regular video pages on the desktop website, not Shorts pages or embedded players. Not affiliated with YouTube or Google. Only use exported transcripts in line with the creator's rights and applicable terms.
