SECUREpass app launcher — sign in and manage your SSO apps, vault, and TOTP codes independently of the SECUREpass web portal SecurePass Auth brings your SecurePass identity into the browser, so you can reach your work applications without going through the SecurePass web portal first. Requires a SecurePass account. This extension is for organizations that already use SecurePass for identity and access management. Your administrator provisions your account and decides which applications you can reach. SIGNING IN Click the SecurePass icon in the toolbar and the extension opens its own sign-in page. Enter your organization email address, then choose how to verify yourself: your SecurePass password, a one-time code sent to your email, or a one-time code sent by SMS. If a code does not arrive you can resend it. Sign-in runs in a full browser tab rather than a small popup, so switching to your mail app to read a code will not cancel it halfway through. Once you are signed in the extension keeps your session across browser restarts until you sign out. YOUR APPLICATIONS After sign-in, the toolbar popup lists every application your administrator has assigned to you, with a search box for long lists. Click an application to open it: - Single sign-on applications open through yML flow. - Password-based applications open their login page and SecurePass fills in the username and password for you. - Applications that need a verification coder name, with a countdown. Click it to copy. Every application has a details menu showingsword and the address it points to. AUTOFILL When you open the login page of one of your s the login form and fills it. Multi-steplogins that ask for your username on one page and your password on the next are handled, including applications that move you to a different subdomain between thling does not trigger, a "Fill withSecurePass" control lets you fill the form yourself. SAVING LOGINS AS YOU GO When you sign in to a site manually, SecurePass offers to save that username and password for next time. You can turn the prompt off in settings if you prefer to CREDENTIAL MANAGER Manage Credentials lists everything you haveentry you can copy the username, copy thepassword, or delete it. You can add entries by hand with a website, username and password. You can also import logins you have exported from Chrome, Edge or Firefox as a CSV file. SecurePass reads the standard export format from each browser, skips entrirts how many were imported. Step-by-stepinstructions for exporting from each browser are built into the screen. AUTHENTICATOR CODES Add authenticator accounts with an issuer, account name, secret key, digit count and refresh period, and SecurePass generates their verification codes in the poext one. Click a code to copy it. You canalso choose to have the code appear directly on the site's own login page, so you can copy it without opening the popup at all. For the applications your orgaes a separate authenticator app. PASSWORD GENERATOR Generate a random password between 8 and 64 percase letters, lowercase letters, numbersand symbols. A strength meter rates the result and one click copies it. Passwords come from the browser's cryptographic random number generator. DESKTOP SYNC If your organization deploys the SecurePass , the extension keeps your authenticatoraccounts and per-application credential overrides in step with it, so your codes stay consistent across browsers on the same machine.
