Sync authorized dealership inventory and prepare user-confirmed Facebook Marketplace vehicle listings. Pro Car Finder helps authorized dealership personnel work from their dealership's public inventory website and prepare vehicle information for review in Facebook Marketplace. The extension connects a browser to one Pro Car Finder account and assigned user. It can scan only the public inventory website authorized for that account, synchronize vehicle details, verify the selected vehicle and available photos, and prepare the Marketplace vehicle form. The signed-in Facebook user reviews the information and performs the final publish action. Key capabilities: • Account-scoped dealership inventory connection • VIN, vehicle detail, price, color, body-style, and photo preparation • User-controlled Marketplace review and publishing • Local posting diagnostics and pending-listing recovery • Inventory freshness and extension-version warnings • Per-dealership website access requested only when required The installed extension has required host access only to Pro Car Finder and supported Facebook Marketplace pages. It requests access to the customer's administrator-configured public dealership inventory hostname at runtime, when the user starts that workflow. The extension does not collect dealership or Facebook passwords, does not read Facebook messages, does not bypass website access controls, and does not publish a Marketplace listing without the user's final review and action. Pro Car Finder is an independent software platform and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta or Facebook. Lead Assistant is optional and salesperson controlled. It processes only customer text the salesperson deliberately pastes and stores customer contact information only when the salesperson records an outcome. CRM delivery requires the salesperson to confirm the customer's consent.
