Ranks every job against your résumé with the math shown, and fills in your applications for you. Job Compass ranks every job you look at against your résumé and fills in LinkedIn Easy Apply applications for you. What it does • Ranks jobs by fit. Upload your résumé once. Each job gets a score for skills, experience and the kind of work, and you see why it scored that way, so you spend your time on the roles that fit. • Knows where you can work. A job that hires only in one country is marked before you apply, so a role you cannot take never looks like a match. • Fills applications. It fills the LinkedIn Easy Apply form from your résumé and the answers you have given before. It stops and asks you on salary, visa and legal questions instead of guessing. • Remembers your answers. Every answer you confirm is saved to your own answer bank and reused next time, and you can change any of them. • Follows up. After you apply, it can find the recruiter or hiring manager and send them a short note from your own email, on Job Compass Plus. Plans Job Compass is $19 a month (₹1,805 in India, GST included). Job Compass Plus is $39 a month (₹3,705) and adds up to 8 notes a day to hiring teams. Privacy Job Compass reads only the job pages you open, the résumé you upload and what you choose to save. It never sells your data, never posts or messages on LinkedIn on its own, and never acts on your account beyond what you start. Full policy: jobcompass.insightron.ai/privacy
