Score any Crexi listing as you browse: independent modeled value and a 100-point deal score. Built for CRE buyers. Valis overlays an independent underwriting read on Crexi listings as you browse. Open a listing and the extension displays the Valis deal score for that property — computed from the listing's own numbers by Valis's deterministic underwriting engine, on the buyer's side only. When a listing doesn't contain enough verified data to support a score, Valis says so instead of guessing. Honest "can't evaluate" beats confidently wrong — that's the product's core rule. Requires a Valis account (tryvalis.com). The extension reads the listing details on Crexi pages you view and sends them to Valis to compute the score; it collects nothing else and runs only on crexi.com.
