Shows YouTube Music as Discord Rich Presence. Requires the free YTMPresence companion app for Windows. **This extension also requires the free YTMPresence Companion app for Windows.** Without it, the extension won’t work — Discord Rich Presence cannot technically be set up from within the browser. The app is available here: https://github.com/Kentarohakase/YTMPresence/releases Here’s how they work together: The extension reads the playback status on YouTube Music and sends it via a local, token-protected WebSocket to the Companion app on the same computer. The app then updates Discord Rich Presence with this information and can display the current track in a mini-player. The data does not leave the device.
