Merge the booking calendars from all your short-let channels into one view and get warned about double-bookings. Free and private. One calendar for every channel you list on. If you run short-let properties without a channel manager, your bookings live in three or four different calendars. Zugrow Multi-Calendar Sync for Hosts pulls them together: paste in the calendar export link from each channel, and every booking for every property appears in one month view — with a clear warning when two channels have taken bookings for the same nights. It is free, it has no account, and nothing you put in it is ever sent to Zugrow. HOW IT WORKS 1. Add a property — one card per place you let. 2. That includes Airbnb, Vrbo and Booking.com, plus most property management systems, Google Calendar exports and smaller booking sites. If your channel offers an "export calendar" or "iCal" link, it will work here. HONEST LIMITATIONS • Repeating events are not supported. If a calendar contains repeating (recurring) events they are skipped, and the extension tells you how many were skipped rather than showing them wrongly. • This is a read-only view. It never changes, cancels or creates a booking on any channel. • Channel calendars update on their own schedule, so a booking can take a few minutes to appear after it is made. • Guest names and prices are not in these calendar feeds — channels only publish dates and a short label such as "Reserved". • Chrome puts a size limit on what an extension may save to its settings sync, which works out at roughly a dozen properties with three channels each. Past that the extension tells you plainly instead of quietly losing your list. PRIVACY Your calendar links and the events fetched from them are stored in your browser. There is no Zugrow account, no Zugrow server, no tracking and no analytics in this extension — nothing is ever sent to us. Your short list of properties and calendar links is saved with Chrome's own settings sync, so it follows you to the other computers you are signed in to Chrome on, exactly like your bookmarks; the fetched bookings themselves never leave the device they were downloaded to.
