Description
Translate subtitles locally on supported video platforms, with optional user-configured translation services. Subtitles Sync Pro translates visible subtitle text while you watch videos on supported platforms. Privacy at a glance: The extension reads only the subtitle text displayed inside the active video player to translate and show it. Chrome on-device translation is the default. Optional translation services are used only after the user enables one, grants permission, and provides their own credentials. The developer does not receive subtitle text, credentials, browsing history, account information, or payment information. Main features: • On-device subtitle translation by default. • Translated-only or bilingual subtitle display. • Automatic source-language detection. • Adjustable font size, background opacity, and vertical position. • Optional hiding of the platform’s original subtitles. • Vocabulary saving and export. • Temporary access to the current tab or optional persistent access to a supported platform. • Optional user-configured translation services. The extension starts only on supported video playback pages with a visible video player. Login, account, billing, payment, and other sensitive pages are blocked. Subtitles Sync Pro does not download video or audio, bypass subscriptions or access controls, collect browsing history, or use advertising and analytics. Machine translations may contain errors. Verify important information against the original content. Subtitles Sync Pro is an independent extension and is not affiliated with any video platform or translation service provider.
