Description
Transfer files to/from EC2 via Session Manager terminal. Drag & drop upload, chunked download, in the AWS Console. SessionTransfer adds a floating panel to the AWS Management Console that lets you upload and download files through Session Manager — no S3, no SSH, no extra tools required. 【UPLOAD (Local → EC2)】 • Drag & drop or click to select a file • Automatic gzip compression (when beneficial) • Configurable chunk size (default 32 KB) • One-click "Auto-send to terminal" — commands are pasted directly into the Session Manager terminal • Progress bar with chunk tracking 【DOWNLOAD (EC2 → Local)】 • Enter a file path on the EC2 instance • Extension sends base64/gzip commands to the terminal automatically • Copy terminal output → click "Paste & Next" → repeat until done • File auto-downloads when all chunks are received 【HOW IT WORKS】 Files are split into Base64-encoded chunks and sent as shell commands via xterm.js paste events.
