Description

Zeroes the tip value on the IndieGoGo payment page. Extension is activated when navigating to the https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/<project-name>/payments/new page. It waits for the 'Other Amount' UI to appear, and when it does, this is selected, and a zero amount is added to it.
