Reduce distractions on YouTube by hiding Shorts, recommendations, autoplay, comments, and more. Search. Learn. Leave. FocusFlow turns YouTube into a calm place to learn. Search for what you came for, watch it, and move on without getting pulled into Shorts, endless recommendations, or autoplay. One switch turns Study Mode on or off. Everything else is yours to customise. DISTRACTIONS • Hide Shorts: removes Shorts shelves, Shorts cards and the Shorts menu link. Opening a Shorts link shows a short pause screen with "Watch anyway" and "Go to YouTube Home" buttons. • Hide Home Feed: replaces the homepage grid with a simple "Study Mode is active" message. The search bar keeps working as normal. • Hide Recommendations: removes the "Up next" column beside videos. • Hide Comments • Disable Autoplay: turns off YouTube's autoplay switch, so a recommended video doesn't start by itself when yours ends. • Hide End Screens: removes the video suggestions that appear over the last seconds of a video. WATCH PAGE Pick exactly which buttons you want under a video: • Like, Dislike, Share, Save, Download and the "…" menu • Subscribe button • Description box • Captions overlay MORE • Hide Live Chat • Hide Notifications bell • Hide Explore section in the sidebar BUILT TO STAY OUT OF THE WAY • Changes apply straight away, with no page reload. • Turning Study Mode off restores YouTube exactly, and your choices stay saved for next time. • Video controls, playback speed, fullscreen, search, playlists and your account menu are never touched. • Light and dark mode. PRIVACY FocusFlow collects nothing. No analytics, no tracking, no account, no servers. It does not read your watch history, video titles or anything you type. Your settings are stored by Chrome's own settings storage and never leave your browser except through Chrome Sync, if you have it turned on.
