Save to Leonard lets you capture the prompts you write in ChatGPT and Claude directly into your organisation's Leonard AI Practice library — without leaving the page or copy-pasting. HOW IT WORKS • A Leonard ★ button appears next to your prompts in ChatGPT and Claude. • Click it to save the prompt to AI Practice in one click. • Add optional details — what you used it for, tags, and work area — exactly as you would in Leonard's Quick Add form. • You'll get an instant confirmation. That's it. SIGN IN ONCE Connect your Leonard account the first time you use it. You sign in with Leonard as normal — you never enter or manage an API key. Your connection is stored securely and only used to save prompts to your own account. THREE WAYS TO SAVE • Next to a prompt you've already sent. • In the message composer, before you send. • From the toolbar or right-click menu — save highlighted text or paste a prompt. BUILT FOR CONTINUOUS KNOWLEDGE CAPTURE Prompts saved through the extension are identical to prompts added inside Leonard, so the whole team's useful AI practice ends up in one place. PRIVACY FIRST The extension only captures a prompt when you click the Leonard button. It does not record your conversations, does not save AI responses, does not read other websites, and never touches your clipboard or passwords. It captures the prompt text you choose to save — nothing else. Requires a Leonard account.
