Open a LinkedIn profile, or a conversation in Gmail, and the Sam.ai panel tells you who that person is, whether they are already in your CRM, and what has happened with them so far — then lets you act on it without switching tabs. WHAT YOU CAN DO • See who you are talking to In Gmail, the panel identifies the sender against your own CRM the moment you open a message. On LinkedIn, one click scores the profile against the ideal customer profile YOUR team defined, and shows its working — every point is explained, so you can disagree with it. • Read the whole history Calls, emails, meetings, notes and tasks already logged against that contact, filtered by kind, newest first. No switching to the CRM to answer "have we spoken before?". • Log what just happened Note, call, task, appointment or email — the panel opens Sam.ai's own activity window on the kind you picked, and the record saves straight onto the contact. • Move the deal along Set their sales stage against your own pipeline, and set a win probability. Both write to the same records your team reports on. • Call and write from the panel Dial through your existing Sam.ai calling setup, or open the Sam.ai composer already addressed to them. Sent mail is tracked by Sam.ai exactly as it is when sent from the app. • Build a follow-up sequence Opens Sam.ai's own sequence builder, already loaded on that contact. • Add someone new in one click The contact lands in Sam.ai with their title, company and profile photo, filed in its own folder so extension-sourced contacts stay attributable. WHAT IT DOES NOT DO • It does not read your email. The sender's name and address come from the message header; the body is never read, sent or stored. • It does not use the Gmail API and holds no Google account permissions. • It does not scan, crawl or bulk-collect. It reads the one profile or conversation you have open. • It does not automate LinkedIn. No auto-connecting, no auto-messaging, no background activity. • It does not read your LinkedIn messages, connections or feed. • It sends nothing to anyone except your own Sam.ai account.
