Costs, finance, rent context, and buy-to-let tools on Rightmove for-sale listings. Rightmove Companion adds a panel on Rightmove for-sale listings so you can see price, rent signals, fees, and rough finance in one place—whether you are moving home or comparing a buy-to-let. What it helps with Pulls listing details from the page where Rightmove exposes them (price, address, charges, size hints, etc.). Lets you model deposit, mortgage rate, fees, SDLT (England / NI-style bands in-app), and ongoing costs. Shows rent-style context using public lettings listings from connected property sites to illustrate possible rent ranges (indicative only). Saves defaults, per-listing drafts, and a saved properties list with optional notes; export/import JSON for backup. Important Figures are estimates for convenience only, not financial, tax, or legal advice. Always verify on the listing, with your lender, and with a qualified adviser. Works on Rightmove UK sale URLs the extension is configured for; it does not replace Rightmove.
