Blocks common web ads, warns about unwanted redirects, and offers experimental YouTube protection with Ember Pro. Ember is a lightweight ad blocker and redirect guard by Zero-point with a clean, focused interface. It can: • block requests to common advertising networks; • hide common advertising placements on ordinary websites; • warn when a click unexpectedly opens an unrelated address; • offer separate controls for protection and redirect warnings; • show approximate local per-site and seven-day blocking statistics after sign-in; • provide a multilingual interface; • add convenient user-invoked controls to the page context menu; • provide experimental YouTube ad hiding for signed-in Ember Pro members. An account is not required for ordinary ad blocking or redirect warnings. Signing in is needed only to view statistics and use Pro features. Google sign-in is optional. Patreon can be connected voluntarily to verify an active Ember Pro membership. Browsing history, clicked links, requested advertising domains, and blocking statistics remain in Chrome local extension storage and are not uploaded. Account and membership verification are handled over HTTPS through Supabase, Google, and Patreon as described in the privacy policy.
