Finds files, videos and images on the page and keeps a ledger of what you saved. Kura finds the files, videos and images on the page you are viewing and lists them in the side panel. Pick what you want and press Download — nothing is saved until you do. WHAT IT DOES • Lists downloadable files on the page: videos, images, audio, documents, archives and more. You can choose which types appear. • Finds videos as they start playing, including streaming videos (HLS / DASH), and saves them as one file. • Saves images from the page in bulk with thumbnails. • Keeps a ledger of what you saved, so you can see what is already downloaded, moved or deleted. • Works in the side panel next to the page, or in a full tab. • Available in 13 languages. FREE VERSION • Free to use. The free version can download up to 2 files every 2 hours. • This is a beta version. A paid Premium plan is planned for version 1.0. It is not sold yet. • Updates are delivered through the store at no extra cost. WHAT IT DOES NOT DO • It does not save YouTube videos. YouTube's Terms of Service prohibit downloading, so Kura does not detect or save anything on YouTube. • It does not save videos protected by DRM. • It never downloads by itself. Files are saved only when you press a button. PRIVACY • Files go directly from the site to your computer. • The pages you view and the files you save are not sent to us or to anyone else. • Settings and the download ledger are stored in your browser only. Please save only content you have the right to save, and follow the terms of the sites you use.
