No alt text? No problem - just AltSpeakify it! This extension helps those who are visually impaired better navigate the web. This accessibility extension uses Astica and ElevenLabs to create "alt text" for any image on a webpage. The user must configure both the astica.ai (https://astica.ai/) and the elevenlabs.io (https://elevenlabs.io/) API key before using this extension. Additionally, a custom voice ID can be selected (from ElevenLabs), so you can even set the TTS voice to a loved one or popular celebrity. Usage: - Configure API keys in the settings menu (optional: choose a voice ID from ElevenLabs) - Go to "chrome://extensions/shortcuts" and configure the keybinds for this extension - When hovering over an image on a webpage, the extension will play a tone indicting you are hovering over an image > You can now press your configured keybind and you will hear a "wait" sound play > After 10-15 seconds, the extension will play an audio description of the image
