Open a link in a selected Chrome window from the link context menu or with Shift+click. Open Link in Another Window overrides Shift+click, so links can go directly to another existing Chrome window instead of always opening in the current or a new one. ✨ KEY FEATURES • Shift+click to open the link in the secondary window instantly (2 windows) • Open links in another existing Chrome window • Right-click menu available as an alternative • Supports normal and Incognito windows • No data collection. No ads. Free ⚡USAGE Shift+click a link to open it in the other window (2 windows) or select the target Chrome window (3 or more windows). The extension overrides Chrome's default Shift+click behavior, which normally opens a link in a new window. You can also right-click any link and select “Open link in another window,” then choose the target window. 🕶️ INCOGNITO SUPPORT To work across normal and Incognito windows, enable “Allow in Incognito” in the extension settings. ⚠️ WINDOW NAME LIMITATION Chrome's Extension API does not expose user-defined window names. Because of this, Smart Link Router cannot identify Chrome windows by their names. If Chrome adds API support for window names in the future, I will implement it. 🔒 PRIVACY Open Link in Another Window does not collect or use your data. ☕ SUPPORT DEVELOPMENT https://ko-fi.com/lennonka 🔀 NEED AUTOMATIC LINK ROUTING?
