Use the page you are viewing as an on-device Ephemeral Cypher key fingerprint. Ephemeral Cypher Companion lets you use the web page you are currently viewing as key material for Ephemeral Cypher. When you explicitly activate the extension, it processes the current page locally in your browser, normalizes the page content, and generates a SHA-256 fingerprint. The page URL and page content are not sent to a third-party relay service. The generated fingerprint is passed to Ephemeral Cypher and can be used as part of the cryptographic key material for encryption and decryption.
