Turn selected or copied text into a FixGrid work order. Highlight and right-click, or copy from any app and paste in the popup. FixGrid Quick Capture turns text you already have — a resident email, a Yardi note, a Teams message, a PDF — into a FixGrid work order without retyping it. How it works • Highlight text on any page. Right-click and choose “Create FixGrid ticket.” • Or copy from a desktop app (Outlook, Word, Notepad), click the toolbar icon, and choose Paste from clipboard. • FixGrid opens in a new tab with the title and description already filled. You pick the property and category, then submit. That is the whole product. One job: capture text into a FixGrid ticket. It does not read the page. It does not call a FixGrid API. It does not upload your selection anywhere. Your browser opens your own FixGrid account, using the session you already have. Set your FixGrid address once in Options (default app.fixgrid.app). Teams on a private host can point it there. FixGrid is maintenance software for multifamily and mixed-use operators. This extension is for the desk-bound manager who is already reading the complaint in another window.
