Description
Chrome extension for DeskVane: save tab sessions, unlock the vault, optional autofill, clipboard, and snippets. DeskVane for Chrome saves the tabs you have open, unlocks your encrypted vault, and keeps a clipboard that syncs with the DeskVane app. Save the current window as a session and open it again later. Unlock the vault in the popup and copy a password, one-time code, or note. Filling a login is off until you turn it on, and it only types after you click Copy the latest clipboard item, or save a screenshot or selection into the encrypted clipboard. Insert a snippet you saved in the web app. Sign-in uses your DeskVane account. Vault items are encrypted on your device before they are stored. The extension does not sell data and does not load remote code. Permission justification: All sites: the optional autofill chip, region capture, and color pick run on the page you are viewing. Autofill stays off until you enable it, and a password is typed only after a click. Scripting: used to fill the focused login, write clipboard text into the page, or show a capture overlay, only after you choose that action. Clipboard read and write: save something you copied into DeskVane, or copy a vault secret or snippet back out. Tabs and windows: save and restore tab sessions.
