Connects StayCuit AI to your hotel PMS - autofills check-in forms and mirrors front-desk room and stay changes to StayCuit. StayCuit PMS Bridge connects StayCuit AI to the property-management system your hotel already uses. It is a private workforce tool for properties running StayCuit — it does nothing without a StayCuit staff account. WHAT IT DOES • Autofills PMS check-in forms with the guest details your guest already provided through StayCuit — no double entry of names, addresses, phone numbers, or ID details. • Notices front-desk actions in the PMS — stay extensions, room moves, checkouts, room assignment — and, after the staff member confirms, mirrors them to StayCuit so both systems stay in sync. • Sends the PMS registration card to the guest's StayCuit session for digital signature. • Guards multi-property teams: every update is checked against the hotel code shown on the PMS page, in the extension and again on the server, so a wrong property selection can never write into the wrong hotel. • Reports honestly: buttons turn green only when the update actually landed; if StayCuit is unreachable, confirmed updates are saved and retried automatically. Supported PMS surfaces: HotelKey Front-desk web, SynXis Property Hub. This extension requires a StayCuit AI account for your property. It is not a general-purpose autofill tool.
