Fills job applications and German authority forms with details you saved once — you review every field before anything is sent. Applying for a job in Germany means typing the same details into a different form every time — and applying to an authority means doing it in German. TiG Pilot fills both from details you enter once. JOB APPLICATIONS • Works on the recruiting platforms German employers actually post on, so the panel is already there when you open the form. • Fills your name, contact details, work history and links, and handles the formats that break autofill elsewhere — phone numbers in each site's expected shape, date pickers that reopen, dropdowns that only accept their own options. • Keep a CV and a cover letter in English and German and switch the application language in one click; the right documents are attached for you. • Recruiter questions ("Why this company?", notice period, salary expectation) can be drafted with AI grounded in your own profile and CV — it never invents an employer, a date or a skill. Answers you have already given are offered again on the next form that asks the same thing. GERMAN AUTHORITY FORMS • On an official form — Anmeldung, Kindergeld, Elterngeld, residence permits — it explains what each German field is actually asking for, in plain English, and flags the ones that cost you money if you tick them wrongly (Religionszugehörigkeit is a church-tax question). • It fills the details you have saved, and lists what it could not fill so you know exactly what is left for you. PDF FORMS • Most German authority forms are a PDF you are expected to print. Open one in the built-in editor and type into it, sign it with the mouse or a finger, and download the finished file. • A flat PDF with no form fields can be made fillable: the editor reads the form's own boxes and builds real fields from them. • Select any block of a German form and have that block explained. • The PDF never leaves your computer. There is no upload and no server involved in the editor at all. WHAT IT WILL NOT DO • It never submits anything. Every field is filled in front of you and you press submit yourself. • It never invents an answer. A field it has no value for is left untouched and reported to you as still open. • It never touches password fields, and it stays inert on pages that are neither an application nor an official form. • ID numbers, tax ID and IBAN are stored only in your own browser and are never sent to our servers.
