Hide YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels. Get your attention back. Every time you open YouTube or Instagram, the algorithm pushes Shorts and Reels at you — short, autoplay videos designed to keep you scrolling. LockIn removes them. With one click, you can hide: YouTube Shorts (homepage shelf, sidebar tab, search results) Instagram Reels (nav tab, profile tab, feed cards) Toggle either site on or off from the popup. Your settings sync across devices. That's it. No account required. No data collected. No network requests. Everything runs locally in your browser. Install it if you want YouTube to be for videos again, and Instagram to be for photos.
