Interrupt the doomscroll, redirect to your own micro-task, and watch your reclaimed time grow. ADHD-native. Dopanest isn't another blocker. It's a warm nudge. When you slip into a feed, Dopanest steps in for a moment and offers one small thing you'd actually rather be doing, instead of just blocking you or telling you off. The usual feeds come pre-loaded, every one of them is removable, and you can add any site that eats your afternoon. How it works 1. Interrupt. You land in the feed, Dopanest taps you on the shoulder. Warm, never punishing. 2. Redirect. Not a lecture, a two-minute micro-task from your own list. 3. Reward. Reclaimed time becomes visible. No red cross, no shame counter. Why it's different: pauses alone wear off, and eventually you tap straight through them. Dopanest fills the gap with something you would rather do, and makes the time you got back visible. Built with ADHD brains in mind: warm, non-punishing, honest. Features - Guided first-run setup. Tasks and sites configured in minutes. - Your own micro-tasks, as many as you like ("read a page", "step outside", "message someone"). - Per site: redirect (a warm focus moment) or a hard block. You decide, site by site. - Re-intervention per site. Your own rhythm; the focus moment returns after your interval (only when you're actually there), or never, if you switch it off. - Conscious allowance. "Consciously, for 5/10/15 minutes" instead of a cold wall, and the time is counted. - Daily budget per site. Once your conscious time is spent, the site becomes a wall for the rest of the day. - Schedules. Windows per site: hard block after 23:00, gentle redirect during work, or off entirely. - Insights. Time reclaimed, redirect rate, and a breakdown per site. - One click: add the current site, straight from the popup. - No accounts, no trackers. Everything stays on your device. Dopanest is in development. The free extension is the first step; the iPhone app follows.
