Export any table to Excel, CSV or Google Sheets. One click, no account, works offline. Export any table on a web page to Excel, CSV, or Google Sheets in one click. Table Saver finds every table on the page, shows a preview, and saves a clean file with a sensible name. Click the toolbar icon, or right-click a table and choose "Save table as...". A panel lists every table it found, previews the first rows with column types, and exports the one you pick. The page itself is left untouched. WHAT IT EXPORTS — Excel files (.xlsx) with real numbers and dates, not text that looks like them — CSV with your choice of delimiter, decimal separator, and BOM for older spreadsheet apps — Clipboard copy as TSV that pastes straight into Google Sheets FINDS THE WHOLE TABLE — Detects every table on the page, including ARIA grids that do not use the table tag — Previews the first rows and column types before you save anything — Detects the header row automatically, or you force it on or off — Handles merged cells: repeat the value or leave cells empty, your choice — Keeps link text or the full URL, and skips or includes hidden rows A SETTINGS PAGE, NOT A GUESS — Every format detail is a setting: delimiter, decimals, header row, file naming — Files are named after the table title, or the site and date, with a live example — Overview screen counts your exports and rows, stored on your computer — Works with your system theme, light and dark PRIVATE BY DEFAULT — Works offline: nothing is sent to any server — No account, no sign in, no ads, no analytics — Your settings and export stats stay in your browser WHY THESE PERMISSIONS — activeTab and scripting: read the tables only on the tab where you click — contextMenus: adds the right-click "Save table as..." option — downloads: saves the exported file with your chosen name — storage: keeps your settings and stats, locally Every table and every export is free. There is no row limit. Built for people who pull data off the web every day: analysts, researchers, ops, and anyone tired of copy-pasting broken columns. Table Saver is an independent extension. It is not affiliated with the spreadsheet apps it exports to.
