Open the side panel on the page you are reviewing, select the exact area or capture the visible page, mark the evidence, and describe the expected result. ReviewFlow keeps the revision round and commercial scope attached to the request so the team can distinguish an included revision from new work. Core features: • Select a precise page area or capture the visible tab. • Add rectangle, arrow, and text annotations before saving. • Record the page URL, title, viewport, selected text, and capture time after an explicit action. • Classify feedback as a bug, included revision, new request, or scope review. • Keep revision round and priority with every item. • Switch the interface between English and Simplified Chinese. • Connect a private ReviewFlow workspace and sync feedback to the selected project. • Manage projects, clients, team members, and delivery activity. • Separate included revisions from paid change orders and record client approval. • Track approved add-on revenue. • Share expiring guest review links for comments, change requests, fix approval, and final project acceptance. • Generate printable acceptance reports with the complete delivery trail. • Keep a local recovery copy if cloud sync is interrupted.
