AYN reads the job posting on the page you're looking at and helps you apply with a resume that actually fits it in about a minute. What it does: • Reads the real job description straight off the page (LinkedIn, Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, and most other job boards and ATS sites) • Shows you a match score against your own resume and profile • Tailors your resume to that specific job and keeping every fact, date, and number exactly as it really is, never inventing anything • Writes a cover letter grounded in your real experience • Answers questions about the job when you ask AYN is read only. It never types into a page, never clicks apply, and never submits anything on your behalf. It only reads what's already on the page you're viewing. You'll need a free AYN account (ayn.careers) to use it and that's where your resume and profile live, and where your tailored documents are saved.
