A tool for journalists and writers to create backups of their work published on the web. In a changing media landscape, closing outlets can't be relied on to keep up their journalism for posterity. This poses a problem for journalists who live and die (and get hired and promoted) based on their publishing record. Story Safe is a simple tool (60 seconds to setup) that allows journalists to keep a record of all their published stories. It's a backup, an insurance policy, peace of mind. And it's free. Features: * Periodically capture your newest articles from your author page * Track your publishing record on your personal dashboard * Benchmark yourself against journalists at your outlets and others Supported outlets: * Business Insider * Vice (coming soon) * NYT (coming soon) * The Guardian (coming soon) More outlets added by request.
