Autograph Parts Desk helps automotive body shops turn everyday parts needs into organized, trackable sourcing requests directly from Chrome. Describe the vehicle and part you need in plain English. Autograph collects the relevant request details, helps identify the vehicle and part, and files the request to your authenticated body-shop account. Key capabilities: • Request automotive parts using natural language • Add vehicle details, VINs, repair-order numbers, part sides, and notes • Attach vehicle or damage photos to provide additional context • Use optional voice input to describe a request • Review existing requests and their current status • Cancel or update eligible requests through the guided workflow • Share selected requests with Autograph’s recycler network when that feature is available and explicitly used • Keep each organization’s conversations, uploads, vehicles, and requests separated by account Autograph is designed for authorized automotive business users. A valid Autograph body-shop account is required. Recycler accounts cannot access the body-shop request workflow. The extension requests only the storage permission needed to preserve authentication and conversation state. It communicates with Autograph’s production service and Supabase for authentication and secure file storage. It does not inject scripts into websites, read browsing history, monitor visited pages, or sell personal information. Autograph Parts Desk keeps the parts-request workflow close at hand, helping body-shop teams capture complete requests without repeatedly switching between tabs or re-entering the same vehicle information.
